I will be looking for a definition of success for the entire proposal and each phase. This should be measureable. At this point I will prioritize user base growth / price growth. If you build cool products nobody uses why build it? 

TO APPROVE PAYOUT 

I will require a demo of whatever you built. This should ideally be hosted on twitter so that we can market it.
